Employment barrister based in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland. Lisa advises and represents employees, unions, and employers across the full spectrum of employment relationships — including personal grievances, disciplinary processes, mediations, and Employment Relations Authority proceedings, through to collective bargaining, restructuring, and workplace investigations. She also advises on non-contentious matters, including employment agreements and internal policies.

Lisa brings over 12 years' experience in employment law across private practice, union advocacy, and human rights, including her work on the Human Rights Commission's Pacific Pay Gap Inquiry.
